Patrick M. Wong is a co-founder of the firm and has over 10 years of public accounting experience.  Patrick graduated from University of California at San Diego with a degree in Economics. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick spent several years working in Silicon Valley at companies including NetSuite and Cable & Wireless where he gained rich experience in the high tech industry. During his tenure with the firm, Patrick has served clients across many industries and sectors such as financial services, construction, governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations.

Patrick is concentrating on audit services, especially for Chinese enterprises seeking to be listed in the U.S. Stock market via Initial Public Offering (IPO) or Reverse Takeover (RTO). Patrick assists many Chinese enterprises resolving complicated accounting issues raised by SEC for the purpose of securing stock registration.

Patrick holds the license of Certified Public Accountant from United States, and he is a member of the following professional association:
